Kristie Walters, President and Managing Partner

Kristie Walters joined ProVisions in 2015 as President and managing partner. She provides overall leadership to business operations and preconstruction. Kristie has many roles at ProVisions and can be also contacted for estimates and project management. Prior to ProVisions, Kristie was a project manager for a commercial general contractor for 15 years. Kristie’s experience ranges from small affordable multi-family to luxury apartment homes to large commercial projects. Kristie’s focus during her tenure in construction has been to create relationships of trust and exceed expectations.

Kristie is a Denver native and lives in Arvada with her daughter and their dog Theo. She enjoys time with her family while camping, boating, traveling and exploring the outdoors. Kristie also likes cooking, watching her daughter’s gymnastics, and improving at CrossFit and golf.

Education: B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Colorado at Boulder; M.S. Civil Engineering, Stanford University

Jim Michas, CEO

Jim Michas has been in the building materials business in Denver since 1992 and founded Pro Visions in 2007. Jim provides banking, financial and legal leadership but is not active in the day to day operations. Prior to ProVisions Jim owned and operated various business entities including Stark Lumber, a door and moulding company with operations in Colorado and Chihuahua Mexico. Jim has seen many changes in the construction business and remains convinced that treating people the way you would like to be treated is the best business practice.

Jim is a Colorado native and lives in Golden with his wife and 4 children. He enjoys building memories with friends and family in the mountains, on the golf course or at the dinner table.

Education: B.A. Political Science and International Relations, University of San Diego

Ettore Cervo, Project Manager

Ettore joined ProVisions in 2020 after working for a large multi-family developer-builder in Denver. His experience as a general contractor has made him a valuable asset to the team especially while creating estimates and assisting with value engineering or resolving design issues. In addition to estimating, Ettore is responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple projects.

During his free time, Ettore enjoys practicing martial arts, playing hockey, and spending time with this wife and son.

Education: B.S. Civil Engineering, University of Colorado at Boulder

Angie Fisher, Purchasing Manager

Angie Fisher joined ProVisions in 2010 as an office manager completing tasks such as purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping. As ProVisions continued to grow, it became necessary to have a full time purchasing manager. This is when Angie became the Purchasing Manager and is now responsible for all material purchasing, project billing, and accounts receivable. Prior to ProVisions, Angie owned a landscape supply company and this experience has brought commitment, dependability, attention to detail, team collaboration and hard work to the Pro-Vision team.

Angie considers herself a Colorado native, living here 98% of her life. She enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children, and 2 step children. Angie’s hobbies revolve around crafting with scrapbooking being her passion. During football and hockey seasons you can find her rallying for our beloved Broncos and Avalanche.

Education: B.S. Human Development & Family Studies, Colorado State University

Angela Gonzalez, Assistant Project Manager

Angela Gonzalez joined the ProVisions team in 2014 as the ProVisions project coordinator. Her current position is Assistant Project Manager. Prior to her tenure at ProVisions, she spent 15 years in custom stainless steel equipment fabrication as Project Manager, Estimator and Customer Service Manager.

Angela is from El Paso, TX but now calls Colorado home. She enjoys hiking, reading, snowboarding, dining and cooking.

Education: B.S. in Business Administration from University of Texas at El Paso.

Ed Hovi and Dave Hovi, Project Superintendents

Ed and Dave Hovi make ProVisions unique in many ways. As a brother partnership, the Hovis operated Peak Construction, a long time installation crew for ProVisions. Their expertise in field management, material handling, installation quality, and team communication has been an asset to ProVisions as project superintendents. They are the primary liaison between the field installation crew, the main office, and the general contractor.

Ed and Dave are both expert pool players and avid golfers. Both brothers live in Ft. Collins with their families and enjoy frequent visits with their grandchildren.

James Marlin, Project Superintendent

James came to ProVisions in early 2020 after being a pivotal foreman of a ProVisions’ installation crew. Now he is a project superintendent supporting our field crews on all matters, coordinating with our general contracting partners, and managing our quality control process.

James comes to Colorado after growing up on the Big Island of Hawaii. Outside of work, you will find James cooking delicious Hawaiian barbeque, camping with his family, and wearing flip flops year round.

Patricia Flannery, Accounting

Patricia Flannery has spent her career making sure all the pennies add up. She manages accounts payable, payroll, and bookkeeping for ProVisions. She understands the importance of accuracy and attention to detail ensuring our vendors are promptly paid.

Patricia enjoys scrapbooking and caring for her grandchildren.

Jason Roberts, Warehouse Co-Manager

Jason came to ProVisions in early 2021 as a warehouse associate. His natural attention to detail and ability to organize quickly propelled him into a lead position in the warehouse. Jason is responsible for accurately receiving orders and dispatching material packages to jobsites as well as the overall warehouse management and organization.

Jason is a native to Arvada. If he isn’t perfecting his golf game on the course, you can probably find him in the gym working on his fitness. He supports all Colorado sports teams and enjoys cheering them on throughout the year…Go Broncos!

Robert Coleman, Warehouse Co-Manager and Driver

Robert Coleman joined ProVisions in 2012 as the delivery driver and warehouse associate. Currently, Robert assists in all incoming and outgoing material for active projects. After over 20 years in the construction industry, Robert prides himself on his persistent attention to detail ensuring our deliveries are accurate and timely. He also is responsible for warehouse equipment and vehicle maintenance as well as operating as the field-warehouse liaison.

Robert is originally from California but he has enjoyed living in Colorado since 2011. He loves the outdoors especially camping and hiking, improving his fitness at the gym, or vacationing with his daughter and grandchildren.

Keith Schreiver, Warehouse Team-member and Delivery Driver

Keith joined the ProVisions team in 2021 as a delivery driver. In addition to transporting material to jobsites, he has also grown to be a valuable team member in the warehouse helping receive and assemble material packages.

As a Denver native, Keith enjoys spending time with this wife and their blended family of 7 children and numerous furry or scaled pets. His is passionate about building and enhancing miniature models as well as participating regularly in role playing games.

The entire ProVisions team brings years of experience and enthusiasm to the company resulting in continuous project success.
